The data network, switches, servers, storage and monitoring software must work as one. Design starts with what you need to monitor, how you will use recordings and who will operate the system.

Design and installation

We select camera locations and types based on the space, lighting and level of detail required. The solution includes cabling, network equipment, power and system configuration.

Upgrading existing systems

We assess cameras and supporting infrastructure. We plan the transition from the old system and schedule the work around the building’s operations.

We select analytics for the specific task. They help flag important events and support operators. We assess their benefits under real operating conditions.

Contact form

The form sends your message through the server to our business email address, marak@coramax.com. We process your full name, email address, telephone number, message and, if provided, company name. Your full name, email, phone and message are required to submit the form; the company name is optional. You can also contact us directly by email or telephone.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where you will be a party to that contract. For company representatives and other enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. Submitting the form does not constitute consent to marketing messages.

Storage and recipients

The enquiry is not stored in a website database; it is delivered to our business email system. Access is limited to people handling enquiries and, where necessary, our hosting provider Webglobe and those administering the website and business mail server.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for no more than 6 months after the last communication. If a contract is formed, necessary information is retained to perform the contract, meet legal obligations and, where applicable, protect legal claims for periods appropriate to those purposes.

Cookies and security

We store your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage for 6 months. A necessary session cookie helps protect form submissions and does not contain your message. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

The website uses HTTPS, and transmission from the web server to the mail server is encrypted. To limit form abuse, we process a derived IP address identifier and request timestamps. Rate limits cover the past hour; older entries are removed when a subsequent request is processed. The hosting provider may maintain operational and security logs, including IP addresses.

No analytics or marketing tools are currently connected. Images and other website assets are served from our hosting rather than external image libraries or analytics services. The website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to info@coramax.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
